All meals are prepared in Southern California and delivered fresh to the schools — no boxes or long hauls.

We have strict ingredient sourcing protocols, HACCP software, a food safety consultant, and a team of highly experienced chefs with numerous food safety certifications.

Our delivery bags are insulated and include ice packs to keep the food at safe temperatures throughout delivery. All meals are labeled with a "Best By" date on the container.

Please note that all of our produce is fresh without any preservatives — we prioritize seasonal and local produce as part of our food philosophy. Due to this, we recommend enjoying our fruits and veggies as soon as possible.
